The goal of Boating Education is to provide boating knowledge from the basic level to that of a seasoned boater. Boating Education serves to educate and instill confidence to be a safe, knowledgeable and prepared boater in the many varied sea, weather and navigational conditions that boaters may experience in their boating lifetime.
