The USPS goal is to provide education from the basic level to that of a seasoned boater. To educate and install confidence to be a safe, knowledgeable and prepared boater in the many varied sea, weather and navigational conditions that they may experience in their boating lifetime.

If you're really serious about having a fun time on and off the water, join us. Take member courses, join your fellow members on cruises and rendezvous, and participate in civic service activities.
